Forest Suites Resort At The Heavenly Village South Lake Tahoe, South Lake Tahoe

We had a fantastic family reunion at this hotel, which is ideally located near plenty of shopping, dining, and fun activities. The spacious suites comfortably accommodated us, and we loved gathering in the lobby area. However, some rooms could use a bit of upkeep, and the breakfast offerings, while tasty, might benefit from a few more options. Overall, it's a great place for families looking for convenience and value.

Our stay at Forest Suites Resort was nearly perfect, thanks to the exceptional service and prime location. The staff went above and beyond, especially during a reservation mix-up, ensuring we had a great time. While the rooms were comfortable, they did feel a bit dated and could use some updates. The facilities were enjoyable, especially the pool area, though there were some issues with our first unit that we faced. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with wonderful dining options offered at breakfast and various activities available nearby.
